Operating system install requires Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity. All data on the hard drive will be lost. Price does not include additional software installation.
Free Diagnostics excludes Apple computers, servers, workstations, watercooling, and legacy (DOS, Windows 95, 98, Me, Windows 2000) computers.
Repairs that are not able to be performed on-site may be sent to our service center for further repair.

General NanoSystems cannot be held responsible for data loss due to viruses, hard disk failure or any other occurance. However, we will do everything in our power to reduce the possibility of this happening. This occurs in extremely rare circumstances and we will inform you of any procedures that could potentially damage your information.
We recommend, if at all possible, that you backup your important information prior to it being serviced.
